This week the office has been busy drawing up grounds contracts for sites across Surrey and Berkshire as well as Hampshire.

What the office works out is the list of services that are required on your grounds from grass cutting, hedge cutting, border maintenance, mulching, lawn care, lawn aeration, lawn scarification, top dressing, pest and disease control, weed control, moss control, border design, lake management, and the list goes on but that covers most services needed. After we have worked out what services are needed and the frequency they are needed, we work out an annual cost and by simply dividing it by 12 you then get your fixed monthly cost for your grounds.
